The Government should keep the responsibility of this country, and the cities. The government has more information on the cities and better equipment. Also, they have a lot of money that can be used to rebuild buildings schools, and other construction plans.
The government has been responsible for everything that has been done to America, since the 13 colonies. If they made it to where everyone ran their own towns,cities, and states it would be absolute chaos. Since the government has been doing what they do for so long they know more than the citizens of U.S do. They have way better plans and schematics than any other citizen does, because they have people that are specialy trained to do the jobs of construction and other jobs they need to have done. Since the government is not new to this they have a lot of equipment that most citiznes could not get their hands on. If citizens tried to use the same equipment the government used the citizens would not know how to use the equipment and would cause more damage then chaos. The government can also get equipment from other countries if they needed it, which the average human could not do. We also don’t have enough money to pay for the equipment either. Last but no least is the money, the most important to all of the resposiblities is the money you have to have. The government has so much more money than a regular citizen would not have. In order for a citizen to know as much as the government knows or have what they use we would need a substantial amount of money. In any situation when the government ran out of money they could borrow it from other countries which a regular citizen can not do.
